Bad for SEC overall, but Bama has dominated the SEC in the past, and from the looks of it, the SEC survived!
The SEC will continue to survive moving forth, but tight now, more than not, coaches and players (Game changing type players) are going to other conferences. If their choices are other SEC programs besides Bama. Your chances of making the conference title game and title game are slimmer compared to going to Clemson, FSU, Ohio St, Oregon, Oklahoma, etc... Can't blame those who don't go to Bama right now when ya think about it. If your not on Bama these days, and in the SEC, chances are good you're not going to CFB playoffs, winning conference titles, getting picked for all CFB/SEC team. Your odds go down, and I'm an odds guy, I'd picked somewhere else if I didn't end up being recruited by Bama these days. What coach in their prime and recruit doesn't want to experience conference titles, CFB playoffs? If your a top player within SEC, but not on Bama, chances are good your watching from home at season end. Don't worry though, someone will eventually break through that strong wall Saban has built at Bama.
I've enjoyed the memories Saban has given us Bama fans, and what fan-base wouldn't enjoy a run like this? We'll see if Bama can keep up this dominance...

No Nick Saban is not bad for college football and being a LSU fan is great and losing to Bama sucks, I can admire a winner and respect the BAMA program. You cannot go through life jealous of the success of great people or you find yourself in misery.
I don't pull for BAMA and i expect them to win every game, on the occasion they do lose I do crack a smile but only because it reminds me that they are human. Spending my day pulling against them hoping for a BAMA loss is just a waste of energy
