I've been to Tenn, Vandy, Ole Miss and Ark.... So those are the only ones I can judge.. We win on that list...

I know better than to say our stadium is better than Bama's.

Oh frick. Only the upper middle class can afford a skybox at Reynolds and soon there will be more! Bama has more skyboxes than Arkansas and they cost half a million a piece, not some Walmart salary. Now......get the frick out.

I'm more than happy with a Top 5 stadium in College Football with an entire North End Zone left to renovate.

Lets break this down.

I will need these answers from you.

Alabama General Seating?
Alabama Skybox Seating?
Alabama Club Seating?

How Many of Each?

Arkansas General Seating - 63,882
Arkansas Skybox Seating - 132 (24 seats a skybox .. well shite the rolling luxury chairs are throwing me off.. Lets stick 24) - 3,168
Arkansas Club Seating - 8,950

Total of 76,000.

Remember Arkansas has no Upper South Endzone Deck or North Endzone seating at all!

Forbes has already calculated this but we will continue my friend.

I get that. And recruits get that too. That's why the stars a flocking to Bama, LSU, Auburn, UGA, and Florida in droves and Arkansas is where recruits from those states go when the home school does not offer them. Talk revenue all you want. If revenue bought national titles, Oregon and Ok St would have won one by now.

You dont even need those numbers. Here is the statement on Bama's website on what Tide Pride has brought in.

quote:

The University of Alabama's TIDE PRIDE donor program continues to be a vital link in the success of the Crimson Tide. The TIDE PRIDE football ticket priority program was kicked off in September of 1987 for the 1988 football season. It was an immediate success, raising approximately $6 million per year in 1988-89, $7 million in 1990-92, $8 million in 1993-97; $10 million in 1998-2000 and $14 million in 2001-05. With the North End Zone expansion in 2006, TIDE PRIDE raised approximately $20 million. This year will mark the 20th year for the TIDE PRIDE program. Our participants' love is shown through their continued support to the University and this enables us to provide quality athletic programs each year.

Hey, Matlock.. Stay with me.

Proceed to the bottom of the page and keep up.

You are telling me Alabama sells there skyboxes? Game set match. Arkansas leases their skyboxes therefore obtaining to the market.

You just royally fricked yourself if those boxes are bought and sold and not leased by the University.

Does Alabama lease or sale their skyboxes? Answer the question don't be to scared because if they sell them this contest is over and Arkansas doesn't even have a full sized stadium.

It's #5 right now dumbass.

Once again not reading/looking at posted links huh?

Here I'll list you the December 2011 stadium rankings, #1 Michigan #2 LSU #3 Okie State #4 Alabama #5 Arkansas.

And like I said, Arkansas still has an entire endzone to renovate.

Did you see the link on the last page that I posted?

The sky boxes require a $500,000 donation up front. Then you have to pay 38,000 a year plus 6,000 for tickets a year.

No clue, my season tickets are in the upper deck

The last time I saw any numbers, the waiting list to get season tickets at the University of Alabama was about 20,000. I have family who have bought skyboxes, and our regular tickets have been in my family for a VERY long time.

The reason I ask about a waiting list is that the demand for tickets is so incredibly high, the cost to maintain our seats is incredibly high. It seems that before your fans make statements about what people will bring in, you must first determine whether the revenue the WSJ or Forbes is citing includes the moneys donated to secure the right to buy the tickets.

So basically Alabama skyboxes cost the same as an Arkansas one except for this small asterisk in fine print that requires a half a million donation. But Arkansas has so much potential!!!!

Hell I'm not sure what they are even arguing about at this point. Obviously Bama makes more money than us. That's a no-brainer. I got in around page 11 I think and just thought it was funny that we were arguing with Bama fans tonight.

Tomorrow night we are gunning for Florida.
