This. And yes it fricking matters.
Neyland is bigger than every single NFL stadium and yet is a dump in comparison to most likely all of them. It only matters if it's nice as wekk or if your in a pissing contest with your biggest rival.
I'm not saying Arkansas is on par with NFL stadiums so don't go jumping to conclusions like I can see you already are going to do. I would just rather sit in a very nice 75,000 seat stadium than a shite hole 100,000 seat stadium that should only seat 80,000.

Jordan-Hare Stadium best stadium in the SEC.. fricking fact.

Meh, I have been to Georgia and Tennessee's (pre-facelift) stadiums recently and other than being way bigger than our stadium they are nowhere near as nice
UGA and Auburn both ranked behind Texas A&M, Tenn was #13 while A*M was #14, with Auburn at #16 and UGA at #18.

I haven't read the 12 pages of this thread, but I don't think, based on this last page, that Arkansas people understand that you have to pay money on top of the cost of the skybox to actually get a skybox.

I love SunHog because he is probably the only non-LSU or Auburn poster on this board that is not afraid to smack an Alabama poster in the face regarless of whether he is right or wrong. He don't give a frick.
I just saw this..

I'll leave this here. This is from 2007.

A one-time $500,000 pledge is required to get a skybox, and then there's the annual licensing agreement, plus the cost of the tickets. Billingsley pays $38,500 per year for his box and another $6,400 for the tickets.

What's the average general ticket price?
Every single Bryant Denny skybox costs you six figures while you are quoting a WalMart greeter's income for a skybox at Reynolds. Next........
Arkansas does not have half the clout, revenue, or prestige of an Alabama, LSU, or Florida program. Your best years in your history have come in the midst of a 6 year losing streak to Bama and a post desegregation national title drought. Zero SEC titles. Zero national titles since black people could play. Again. If 3rd or 4th in the SEC is your pinnacle then keep on keeping on.

What are you talking about? There is a waiting list for our skyboxes as it is. The need is already there for more of them.
So how long is the waiting list? And how much more do people have to pay?

The most recent stadium rankings were released last month, unfortunately by BR, but they are the most recent.
LSU #2, Bama #4, Ark #5. Wow what a difference?
I believe it was a Top 50 list, and Missouri did not make the cut, unless I missed I kinda skimmed outside the Top 25.

You must not go below $20,000 a year. Here is the problem $20,000 just qualifies you for a box but there is a extremely long waiting list. Therefore, people are pumping $40,000 a minimum just to get in line and it's not even close.

I'm an attorney. Beat Alabama. Then talk shite. Your stadium is sub par, your program is at its pinnacle of success at 3rd or 4th best. Bring it any and every day and Bama will beat you going on 6 or 7 in a row.

Stop.
Walmart has nothing to do with this.
We are strictly talking STADIUM REVENUE. Do you understand before we proceed?

Then build the damn things then. In the mean time. 7 other SEC schools have bigger stadiums.

Even better I'm underwriting a $40mm Investment portfolio.

I hope you're a defense attorney, anyhow..
I can't wait to get into numbers with an attorney because there aren't very many grey areas.
