The per capita on this topic ain’t a good look. I don’t blame the author of that tweet for being upset.

Considering he's part of the demographic these coaches are supposed to be representing? Absolutely.

It's not entirely unlike seeing someone from where you grew up do something insanely stupid and getting pissed at them for fricking with the stereotype.

It kinda is. After months of both of them denying a relationship, she went to the administration with evidence of said relationship. Him subsequently being fired over it caused him to snap. I hate it for his family.

I posed a question in the subject line. I didn't make a statement nor did I reach a conclusion.

However, the black author of the tweet I quoted did ... and I do not necessarily disagree insomuch as I, being a white man, hold other white men to a higher standard.

Call that collectivism if you so desire ... but, imho, that's why this country just suffered through the entire woke shitshow that we did for these past 17 years ... since 2008 to be specific.

I blame a lot of all of this on you white women ... you're the queens of collectivisms.

I didn't mention names, so I'm not sure why you are upset.

The practice of collectivism by anyone is dumb. It's a brainwashing tool of the media, and it should be pointed out regardless. People do not become certain things based on their race or any other group identity that can be assigned. They are individuals who have their own unique characteristics. To take the actions of a few and paint it as all is just plain ignorant.

Tony Dungy seems like a Tom Landry type.

I have not heard bad things about Marcus Freeman.

Temptation exists.

A married man needs rules to avoid even the appearance of impropriety.

Sherrone and his concubine both knew that what they were doing was wrong. He also had to know that it was a fireable offense.

They were horny and he threw it all away.

So I'm a closet UofM fan ... my Brother graduated from there, and neices and goddaughters. They live in Saline fwiw, with two UofM coaches as neighbors.

The word I'm getting is that this had been coming for weeks, was well known, she got pregnant and he paid for an abortion, wife had kicked him out, was a major distraction heading into the OSU game, Michigan was already interviewing potential replacements and the only reason he wasn't cut loose earlier was because they wanted to get the recruiting class signed and two other wimen came forward, that they were still trying to interview, that claimed sexual encounters with him during out of state recruiting trips. Oh, and Moore had just granted the main side squeeze a doubling in salary from $45k to $90k and they were gathering info about other past allegations by other women who were granted special favors.

This thing is going to be deep and wide.

Yep, and it's a mess. The recruiting class can jump ship as soon as the next coach is named, right? If not, I see additional lawsuits added to what I'm sure there already will be.

I think, and it could just be my take but ... the tweet I included in my OP seemed, to me at least, to be more about holding black head coaches to a higher standard given they do not often get cracks at HC gigs from a proportionate perspective.

For example ... Jackie Robinson. Does that make it easier to understand in terms of it having nothing to do with collectivism?

Claiming collectivism is a woke response.

Blacks have a right to hold black men to higher standards.

Matter of fact, I wish more would.

That's why I have total disdain for Bo?by Petrino, Lane Kiffin, et al.

And trust me, I get the fact that patooty will make a man crazier than a shithouse rat. Well, alpha males ... straight white heterosexual males. I don't even wanna think about the others.

Well, therin lies the fly in the ointment.

As I understand it some signees are already coming out claiming they were signed under false pretenses and that the school already knew that Moore would be dismissed shortly after Signing Day.

They'll probably have a pretty good case.

SC flipped a Top Edge Rusher from Michigan on Signing Day and, word is, he is saying he knew the house of cards was about to crumble up there so he bailed. He's breathing a sigh of relief right now.

What? woke is based entirely on collectivism. Collectivism is a central tenant of marxism.

Everything in your post is collectivism. Congrats, the MSM has brainwashed you.
