Alabama
C.J Mosley
Tim Williams
Reggie Ragland
Mark Barron
Dont’a Hightower
Reuben Foster
Ryan Anderson

Georgia
Thomas Davis
Daniel Ellerbe
Justin Houston
Ramik Wilson
Alec Ogletree
Cornelius Washington
Jordan Jenkins
Leonard Floyd

All of these are each schools current LB’ers in the NFL, except for Pollack.

What say you?

Should Georgia get underdeveloped?

Alabama has had better linebackers the last ten years. It's not even a contest. We have had a few good ones but some of those guys you put on the list for Georgia didn't play linebacker at Georgia or were terribly average like Justin Houston.

The only backers we had worth a damn lately were Ogletree, Jones, Floyd and Smith. Carter and Bellamy are decent but again not exceptional.

Don't make dumb threads. I would say several SEC teams have had better backers than us the last decade. That being said, Smith may go down as the best of the bunch.

So why did you add him? Didn’t he play like 1 or 2 seasons in the NFL after playing DE at Georgia? Mosley is the best player on that list fwiw

Is Mosely the best on the list? Justin Houston and Thomas Davis have had damn good careers. I have t kept up with Mosley

The thing is, Georgia is not really known for linebacker play. We've spent the last 10'years struggling in coverage on Tightenda and mobile Qbs. This year was the first year our backers have been beast top to bottom.

Mosely is a more recent pro bowler but Houston has struggled with injuries but Houston is also a four time pro bowler so it's not like he was a slouch. Had a 22 sack season. Pretty impressive for a guy who was pretty average at Georgia.

Also has 10'sacks this season. I'd say that's still pretty good. ??

I never said he wasn’t good. Stop putting words in my mouth. Mosley has been to a pro bowl and been named second team all pro in 2/3 years in the NFL. He’s arguably the best inside linebacker in the game, and inarguably in the top 3

Wouldn't say Justin Houston was average in college.

That’s fair enough but I think it’s reasonable to say UGA linebackers have been more successful in the NFL. Justin Houston and Thomas Davis have been great throughout their careers, and Jordan Jenkins and Leonard Floyd have played excellent for young players.

Dent, Herrera, Jones and Pollack are NOT current NFL LB's. Your list of 12 should be 8 - Same amount as LSU.

Alabama has 4 Butkus winners. Georgia has 1.
Alabama has 1 Lombardi winner courtesy of an LB. Georgia has 0.

Like I said, it’s obvious the Bama players have had much better college players, but like Floyd said, Justin Houston is much better in the NFL than college,

Don't go full retard like Vol fans. Using that logic, Emmitt Smith is the GOAT SEC RB.

Alright, you guys are right, I’m going to be reasonable. I concede the argument.

And why the hell did you just change your logo from UF to OU?

Pussified SEC fans rooting for us to lose because we dicked them down hard this year.

I would also root for Florida to lose if they actually made a bowl.
