Didn't say it would. You asked a question, I answered it.

Conditioning/coaching is the best defense against HUNH.

No, making a rule that the defensive player has to sit out a series will never happen.

Actually faking injuries will be the best defense.

Again, I didn't say it would. You just asked me if I would be ok with it applying to the offense as well if (hypothetically) such a rule came to pass.

Until something is done to stop it, yes. Hence, why some teams do it now.
Hell, a&m used to take dives on defense and I hated it then, too.

I only posted that because there was already posts about the sitting out a series for the defense. I didn't start the rule talk.

You can't do anything about it. Real injuries happen on defense. Can't make a rule.

If you're hurt, get off the field. If not, don't be a pussy.
Faking cramps or over-reacting "injuries" takes integrity out of the game.
I get the strategy in it but I would be pissed if our players were doing it too.

I don't see a problem with it.

I hope it happens every series.

you don't understand that the OL doesn't have to work as hard as the DL?
This is one of the dumber things I've ever read.

But then it doesn't give a chance to get the replacement on. It makes perfect sense if you're hurt to stay down and have them stop play.

Please explain. I am sure the A&M OL is working just as hard as the DL chasing JFF all over the field. Nice try.
So that makes your post the dumbest ever posted.

No but the OL is trying to keep up with the D line who are doing anything to get in the backfield. It's not the DL are just running around everywhere trying to get to the backfield. They normally have a specific hole to go through.

And then the QB goes sideline to sideline with the DL chasing. The OL picks them off as they come by. Keep thinking it is equal. It makes you feel better.
