I will giggle if he suffers a career ending malady. Has nothing to do with Auburn, who I could not care less about, and has totally to do with I wish complete and utter failure on any piece of shite who acts like he does.

Who's crying? I won't be upset if he has a great career, I will just laugh if he doesn't.

Obviously his father asking for money from Mississippi State has ruined college football.
Ross, it ruined the integrity of amateur athletics on college campuses. Up until this time, college sports, and the SEC in particular, were as pure as the driven snow.
It's all about Cam's dirty ways, has nothing to do with him pimp slapping just about every team in the SEC on the football field.

That's a bit different from wishing a career ending injury on a guy.

Don't take it personal Aurbies. Nothing like a talented unapologetic blk man to bring out the hate in Americans. If the shoe was on the other foot yall might hate him too. Btw, I wonder what the ultra talented future millionaire thinks of the obsessed farts who criticize him on the internet

I think that most of the SEC had been content with Auburn's status as a solid program, but still what they considered to be a tier below the NC contenders in the conference. Auburn lands some elite recruits like Newton, who push them over the plateau they could not seem to get over before.
It's not surprising that much of the hate comes from Alabama and LSU, who had previously thought that they were the only true contenders in the West. Cam definitely deserves some criticism for his actions in the past, but the disdain for all things Cam speaks to the pain the rest of the SEC feels from the beatdown they received from Auburn last year.

I think he said that in response to a direct question about becoming a spokesperson for UnderArmor and it was appropraite for that question.
He will find if his head is too big when he starts getting it knocked off as a newbie QB in the NFL.
He better hope he finds a team that will block for him becaus ethere will be planty of D guys who will want to welcome his big head to the NFL, assuming they ever sign a contract and play again.

And Cam Newton called himself an icon after he left AU. My point still stands that fans are going to defend their star players no matter what they do.
So Cam became an icon after he left AU?
And can a person that's been in the family all of 11 months really be considered part of the family?

We have an icon president, so why not an icon qb? Whatever team he lands with will preemptively win the super bowl before he takes a snap.

IMHO you guys will bitch about anything and everything Cam.
People hate Cam Newton, because he is the prime example of what an athlete should not be. He is a cheater, crook, and a liar, and to hold him up as an example to young people is wrong. Yes, he is very talented, but there are a lot of people that have talent that don't make it. I don't think that he has the work ethics to get it done.
He has always had it handed to him, and his mistakes covered up, but daddy won't be able to do that for him now. Daddy got his cash cow, and I sincerly hope he has no more children to sell.
