this has always cracked me up. so who should lsu have been lower than and what is your criteria for judging? let's see your top 25 from last season. man up tough guy

you realize that by criticizing lsu's season, you are by extension diminishing your own team, right?

Personally don't generally care about the AP poll in general, it's outdated and worthless at this point in history.

However, Georgia and Florida should have been ahead of LSU for starters.

As for the rest, not sure what the hell there is to diminish. Alabama didn't get it done in the playoffs and I don't give a shite about moral victories.

The reasonable Bama fans here have been fans for a long time and the majority are likely graduates.

The ones you’re encountering lately are just your run of the mill bandwagon fan. They’ll disappear when Saban leaves and the inevitable drop off occurs.

It's like LSU fans don't even know their own history.

This is a funny way to say you agree with me. Which I knew you would.

Deep down you know the truth about Alabama.

Are you bragging about that 30% of the times LSU has managed to beat Alabama?

Or how it took LSU over 100 years to ever win more than 2 in a row?

Or is it that Alabama scored enough points in their last game against LSU than Coach O has scored in his entire career as HC at LSU vs Alabama?

If one game defines your season, then by your logic, 44-16.

name the programs who have gone on a 20 year run like the one lsu is on right now in the toughest division of the toughest conference. it's a short, short list. but you knew that already didn't you?

Three in the SEC have better records than LSU over the last 20 years: Bama, Florida, and Georgia.

Shall we continue?

And please don't play dumb about the basketball situation
the "ongoing inquiry" is no different than the ncaa looking into any program for any "potential violation" and that article is from june. it's already been established that the money in question was after the player had already left. second, there's no official word that it's actually the ncaa that's investigating.

third, there is no official word from anyone that the ncaa is investigating the bball program that i am aware of. the article gave no verification of that and that statement is misleading at least and false at most. but you knew all this already, right?
