Moorhead's first season at State beat out Mullen's average wins per season, and his first full recruiting class is a higher quality than Mullen ever signed at State. Enjoy the hunchback, State will be just fine.

You have to give Mullen credit for raising the bar man, it’s not like Moorhead is the one that had to follow Croom. Moorhead doesn’t recruit top 25 or win 9 games without the work Mullen put in at State. Those are just facts, Moorhead has to maintain it now, which he gets a solid B for year one. Jmo

Once at UF with Mac’s players and it was a game in the 4th qtr. with our best 3 DB’s out. Don’t cream yourself to quickly shits about to get a lot harder for bowl cut.

Considering the last 30 years of the series...I'm surprised Georgia fans are already calling Florida a win this coming season.

Since when was State the conference measuring stick?

Way to move those goalposts now. "MSU will beat UF by 30 and JoMo will finish with a higher ranked class."

Booster payout exceptionally higher than he ever had at State too.

Did you even think about how pathetic this post would turn out?

2 excuses

1 it was a game in the 4th quarter

1 wait til next year.

All in two sentences.

All I said is that Kirby has drug them on Mullen twice. That is a fact. You may be able to provide a comeback one day, but today is not that day.

I wouldn't say Kirby "dragged his nuts" on Mullen last year.

That was a game going into the 4th quarter, so that wouldn't qualify.

Now if Georgia won in the fashion they did when they played MSU the year prior, then maybe, but it was much more of a game than you want to admit last year.

I will admit UGA won by 19, whereas UGA won by 28 the year before.

Whatever, I'm just responding to the comment that State is sad over Mullen. Mullen is NOT the best coach we've ever had, and the program is in good hands.

Not sure who you are quoting. Those aren't my goalposts. I don't recall anyone claiming JoMo would finish with a higher class than UF, just that he was assembling a better class at MSU than Mullen ever could.

We do give Mullen credit for raising the bar to 7.5 average wins a season. Now we expect Moorhead to raise it another level. Thanks for taking him off our hands. We are happy that you embrace him.

This thread sucks. UF should never compare itself to Miss State.

When you end a game on a 23-3 run and knee the ball to end the game, and the score is 36-17, you drug your nuts on the opponent.

No need for excuses we were top 10 in year one of Mullen with more 3 stars than we will ever have again. Kirby better keep the 5 stars rolling in because when he actually has to coach he’s only 2 points better than Norfolk State. There will be some sad arse Mutt fans in Jax next year.

There were several State fans that thought JoMo would outrecruit Mullen this year, Thry were delusional but they were there.
