He's up there for sure. This isn't a ranking thread or anything though just a trip down memory lane.

Chad Jones - This is one of my all time favorite LSU shots. Look at how much higher he jumped than the other guys. These aren't scrubs either.

Manziel is # 1 and it isn’t particularly close.

The list is long though

Arenas
Cooper
Harvin
Gurley
Jones
Green
Landry
Matthieu
P. Cooper

Hell, I’d already have Jaylen Waddle in the list

Can’t really think of any from Tennessee.

Those are some weird picks, honestly. If by "electrifying" you really mean "fast guys who make big plays," the first two who come to mind are:

Percy Harvin
Darren McFadden

The Chick-Fil-A Bowl between A&M and Duke was one of those fantastic bowl games that seems to have been forgotten.

Highlights from game

I watched every snap and was pulling for Duke....but Manziel happened. It was like a freight train when Duke got up three scores. Johnny got pissed and couldn't be stopped. Johnny Manziel was almost a scarier player when he was down a couple scores than he was in a tight game.

Forgot about Chad Jones. This is why I like these threads. He played some baseball at LSU too right? National championship in both for him? I might have the years wrong.

Deebo Samuel

.... but Dicky Harris was the most electrifying Gamecock in my lifetime.

He made Bob Fulton curse doing play by play. Cost Bob half a season.

Cecil Collins, and not just for his on-field exploits. Imagine the jolt you feel when you wake up in the middle of the night and big #33 is standing there in your bedroom.

Great punt returner... Outback Bowl TD TD in top 10 matchup with UGA

Pharoh Cooper made his fair share of plays too
