It makes no sense that the guy would go to the hospital in pittsburgh when there is one 1/2 a mile from where said incident happened that could handle this.
If it happened I hope they catch the people and deal with them accordingly but its far fetched

The lates news story said he went to another hospital (Monongalia General Hospital) before being transported to University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
I don't claim to know your area, but Google tells me Monongalia General Hospital is there in Morgantown.

Eh, he could have gone there first and then been transferred to a hospital closer to home. My insurance will airlift me from a hospital (so many miles away) to one of my choosing (closer to home) for free if I require surgery or a stay longer than 2 nights.
