If we get Neal Brown as our OC, we're gonna have the youngest staff in the country. Our HC will be 45, DC 36, and OC 32.

We're gonna need a new QB coach - our OC coached our QBs, and was recruiting coordinator - too much for one guy. But now, we'll have a new OC (maybe Jim Chaney from TN) and also need a QB coach. There are a couple of other guys who can handle recruiting coordinator.
