I'm not sure that I've ever seen a good basketball player get the yips

like Jahvon Quinnerly. I've never really seen anything like it over an extended period of time. I've seen it for a couple games for some players. But it's almost like someone replaced him with a body double. He went from shooting close to 50% last year from 3 and getting into the lane whenever he wanted to what seems like around 10% this year and can't even function on the court. It's beyond bizarre.
And that's just one of the issues with this team. But, it's still such a strange, inexplicable thing.

He the one that passed up a wide open game tying three against us?

He was an All-American candidate. And even played reasonably well early in the season (and against Gonzaga and Houston, among others). But he suddenly can't even walk and chew gum at the same time. Darnedest thing I've ever seen.

I’d put Devo Davis in that category. Freshman last year who led us down the stretch to our Elite 8 run, now the dude can barely dribble without turning it over.

He somehow hurt his draft stock by coming back to school.
Badly hurt it too.

Maybe. But, it's not like anybody projected him as a 1st rd draft pick. Might could have been a 2nd Rd pick, though.

Was he the one that entered the transfer portal? Then removed his name?
