still you use stats that arent even true like uf scored 29 on our d. when they didn't if your going to say our d isn't great then you might want to at least watch the game or look up more than the final score and see how uf got those points.

wvu only has one loss and they had 400 yards in every game but the LSU game. so even if they do suck their o is pretty legit and our d handled up on them despite being on the field all game bc of les and jjs love affair.

fricking a dude, I'm not talking noise, I'm just saying personally, I'm not sold on LSU's D, because I haven't seen many games, and you haven't played an offense worth a frick. It's just to early to judge imo based on the competition.

Again, I showed you where we are holding the teams we've played to over 105 yards per game less than their average. Doesn't matter what they are ranked.

ETA: this stat is right on par with the other top defenses in the nation

Ya'll are using stats like ypg, etc. Florida has the 91st ypg avg. do you think they are good? Florida is garbage this year. Just no one knew it until lately.

ypg is more accurate than ppg. considering this team and our o. keep thinking this d isn't good its going to eat your ginger.

I mean here's the ppg rankings of those teams.

Most of us learned by the 6th grade that the results of a measurement are at best suspect, and in most cases invalid, when the thing being measured is affected by the process of measuring. Or, in words that might be easier to understand, what are those rankings if you take out their performance against LSU and substitute for it the average of all the other games?

Ah yes, west virginia the monster who has played Coastal Carolina, Maryland, Marshall, UNLV, and South Florida.

I didn't say it wasn't good, I said I'm not sold YET on it being GREAT. Too early to tell based on the offenses you've played. And if you like YPG, then like I pointed out you still haven't played the top 6 ypg teams in the SEC.

all it really takes is to watch lsu a little bit and you will say "yep..that D is legit."

its really not that hard of a concept.

I didn't say LSU doesn't play better with Lee at QB, I just said the LSU fans who believe he his a good QB, have an artificially low standard due to having to endure so much of JJ. By the way, in the last three games Lee has 2 TDs and 1 interception with average passing yards and a pretty good completion percentage. The stats prove he is an average QB, but compared to JJ, some LSU fans are fooled into believing he is good.

Sounds like someone is envious of the importance of this game and the attention it is getting.

yeah, that's it.

I just don't wanna hear about how great Cam is when he actually puts some yards up on ya'll. Personally I do think LSU's D is probably the best in the SEC, but most of the defense's are down this year. And I'm just not solid on them being as magnificent as everyone wants to make them out to be until I see them play folks like Auburn, Bama, or Arky. And shite, our offense isn't looking good either lately.

the "you guys struggled against mcneese!!!!" guys are funny. Do they realize the likes of arkansas st and ULM have gashed their D?

"you barely beat UF and they lost to Miss St!!"

oh you mean the same MSU team that was a dropped pass away from beating you?

Geez folks.

If you're going to comment on a game you didn't watch, you should at least look at the full box score to avoid looking like an idiot.

Why don't you read the whole thread and realize this is only like the 15th time that has been used as a point to negate anything I said so you don't look like an idiot.

Florida is not even a good offensive team, nobody you've played is a good offensive team.
