I've been put in the awkward position of loving Tennessee.

I love them just enough to want them to get better so my hatred for them can mean something again.

Am I losing my fricking mind?

Babe Ruth did it while obese and drunk.

Babe Ruth never did a tomahawk 360 drunk.

I think it would be hilarious to watch all of these "Atheletes" in football and basketball try to hit a major league fast ball.

It would be equally hilarious to watch one of those baseball playing fairies take a direct hit from an LSU or Alabama middle linebacker going full-steam.

What is funny is that none of them can hit a fast pitched softball. Ask any college baseball player and they will tell you how much different it is. Some of the best college baseball players I have ever met can't hit a fast pitched softball. It's completely different.

No, it's tradition. Every 'Bama fan loves tradition.

What's even more hilarious is that neither Analyze or I are acknowledging (likely on purpose) the fact that a lot of college players actually play both sports.

I think it'd be hilarious to watch John Kruk run sideline to sideline in his prime.

Which ones?

Definitely the Alabama Shakes album, and 2 Jason Isbel album - Jason Isbel and the 400s, and Here We Rest.

Who had the Blue Eyes Blonde song again?

Very good point.

A great number of football players play baseball too, esp in high school. Most people don't know that though.

Sorry. The subject of Tennessee usually makes me ramble at length these days. But goddamn it, they need to get good again.

You need to be taken to a Cardinals game. Warm summer day, cold beverages outside, the organ going....it's awesome. You'd become a fan.

Eh, perhaps. I just don't have the attention span for it, I guess.

So how's the weather in your part of Mizzou? I have a good friend who lives in the Joplin area and she and I have been talking about the latest storm series.
