Crawfish is one thing, but only popcorn shrimp and fried oysters is another. Fried oysters are the worst type of oysters.
Raw, or baked some way is SO much better.

I ate some Zapp's jalapeno chips today. One of those damn chips must have been caked with some jalapeno on it because I started gagging on it for about 2 or 3 minutes. I had eaten most of the bag this week before that happened.

frick I don't, I like raw ones with horse raddish, cocktail sauce, and lemon juice on a saltine. I've had em baked alot of ways but the best was with them covered in a kinda creamy etouffee sauce.
