Like I said...hire Lovie Smith. He did a good job in Chicago and probably shouldn't have been fired. Their D was always stout. He was fired because their offense sucked, in large part because Cutler is a headcase.
Hell..convince Bill Cowher to come out of retirement. He apparently wants to give it another shot.
Anything but sticking with a guy that you know is never going to win anything of significance. Half the battle in the NFL is getting a serviceable QB, and we have that. Ryan isn't Brady, but he isn't Sanchez either.

Dude...all NFL vacancies except Arizona (I think) have been filled, and our situation would be far more attractive. If we offered Lovie Smith our HC job he'd jump on it like Fluker on a sausage biscuit.
