Happy Birthday, bro.

I'm trying to keep up my gym visits and watch what I eat through March because I know I'm going to absolutely hurt myself when I head to BR for the Spring Game.

i snorted a nice line and then hammered out the paper and got a 92 on it.
I refused to go to one class because the teacher was like a prolapse, decorated for the holidays.

For the final, I had a couple of MiniThins back when you could buy them from the armpit of some immigrant. I eated them, giggled when my urine sparked when it went into the sink, and fended off nap beetles with a stick I found in the parking lot. Wented to the final and could feel scratching when I blinked.

Wandered around campus saying, "Marco?" Some Facility Services guy drove by me around 2am and whispered "Polo." I thought I had finally found a friend but then I smelled him and he was wearing Polo so we had to be enemies. I felt bad locking him in that shipping container on that Chinese vessel but I left him a Taco Bell cup of spark urine that provided plenty of TRON-like light for his oceanic sojourn. Aced the final.

I had been doing a good 5 day gym routine, but an OT thread last week got me interested in the Spartacus workout. Currently doing that Mon/Wed/Fri and then running a couple miles in the gym on Tues/Thur.

I've done it for 2 weeks and then I'll probably hit the gym Mon-Fri the next 2 weeks and try and stick to a 2 week alternating schedule.

Hai...

Do any old frickers besides me miss days before cell phone, text message, and voicemail?

Don't get me wrong, I love them ALL most of time. But every now and then it'd be nice to not respond to someone and them not act like you are ignoring them or are dead after 3 hours of not hearing from you.

Love ya mom, but I need a break every now and then from persistent calling about nothing...

When I'm hitting the gym 5 days a week I usually try and do the same. 45 minutes or so lifting and 20-30 minutes running.

Spartacus is a circuit workout so it is kind of like cardio as well, so I'm kind of doing cardio 5 days a week as well with the running in between.

ETA: i need to head to bed ladies and gents. Y'all have a good night.

John Prine is awesome. Easily my favorite song of his (+ Bonnie Raitt is a bad arse bitch): Angel from Montgomery
