We will play this game to win and give a better accounting of ourselves than most other pussy whipped programs and fans in this conference. Win or lose we will hold our heads high.

Vandy won't beat us unless we help them with a bunch of turnovers, but it's going to be a competitive game. Their defense will keep it close most of the way.
If we do the 5 turnover meltdown thing they can straight up beat us of course.

Bama should beat us by two scores. The thing for fans to keep in mind, though, is that we've been airing it out pretty well rather than relying on our ground game to the degree we have in past seasons under Coach Mason. If Shurmur is having a good day and if Bama's secondary still isn't gelling, it could be a nerve-wracking afternoon for Bama fans. Our defense won't shut down Bama's O, but it's good enough to slow it down enough to allow an on-point Shurmur to keep the game closer than expected.

I'm no sunshine pumper but calm down. I can name 5 teams I think will give us a tougher game than Vandy. Save your "trap game" talk for a better team than Vandy. It won't even be a true road game.

Which is why you shouldn't pay any attention to the OP. He is the kind of fan who sits in the upper deck and yells "watch the fake" before every kick or punt. Vandy doesn't even deserve a spot in the conference, not to mention being in the conversation about beating Alabama.

Huh? Why are you getting snippy with me? I noted that Bama should win by two scores -- and given the talent, coaching, and depth differential, as well as Bama's history of smacking down good teams, that's not an unreasonable observation -- but we are certainly not going to just roll over or make it easy for them. What bothers you about any of that?
