I'll break the ice. Tre Mason and Dee Ford are two of the most underrated guys

Mason leads all players in a big boy conference in rushing TDs.

Dee Ford has the 7th highest sack total in the FBS, and he's only played 7 games. Sixth highest sack per game total.
No one talks about these guys outside of Auburn and some of Auburn's opponents, but they both deserve more respect.
Don't get me wrong, frick Auburn, but good football deserves to be acknowledged.

In all seriousness, what is with the Alabama and Auburn threads blowing each other lately? It's coming from both sides.
Clearly I dont know what a rivalry is but I would imagine if I was a part of the "most fierce rivalry in sports" I wouldn't be giving credit to the other side.
Soon enough, someone will start another "the state of alabama is best at football" thread again where you blow each other. It happened at least 5 times last week

Like I said, frick Auburn, but contrary to what most people want to believe, I love good football, even if it's from the little brother school. It'd be blind homerism to ignore what they're doing just because I hate them.

There IS such a thing as a team IMPROVING each week, not declining. It's called good coaching.
We are NOT the same Sept. team (See a last second win over State and a narrow win over Wazzu).

Agreed. But theres also something to be said for playing 9 straight weeks without a bye and being the last Div 1 school to have one.

:rotflmao: I fricking hate Auburn. LSU? Not so much, but I can acknowledge that Auburn has a better record than LSU. LSU's only good win is Auburn, and it came in a monsoon at home. Neutral field with perfect weather conditions, AU wins tomorrow. Then gets stomped in the IB and we destroy their hopes and dreams.

Did I say that mouthbreather? LSU clearly had a say in where their byes were. Never said it was an SEC conspiracy. I am saying though that it has affected us the last couple of weeks in my opinion. Not complaining.
