I agree but also it's not time to panic.
I was involved in an accident in 2010 with a drunk driver. I was subpoenaed to be in court but I didn't have to do a single thing.

Well, I tried (and failed) to explain this to you and get through to you as to what will happen.
Oh well. It's not the first time. LSU graduates aren't the brightest bunch.
When he resigns after the hearing, I will be rubbing this in your faces ten fold. You won't be anywhere near here though.

No you tried (and failed) to show you had any basic knowledge of the case or the law in general. You rabbled on and on about Wade being subpoenaed by the feds (he wasn’t) and about hearsay (isn’t even an issue), and then mischaracterized out of ignorance what had happened leading up to yesterday. But yeah, outside of being wrong about everything you said, you certainly proved a point

Honestly no one knows the truth! Most times these are fact finding interviews but can turn bad if the person being interviewed is lying! Like we say in Law Enforcement, you can be a witness or a defendant!
