Who else is LSU looking at for WR? I haven't heard anything about the WRs in this class besides JaQuay, Avery, Durron Neal, and DGB

and stay away. Just messing.

If he wasn't already a verbal, he would easily be my choice.

ETA. Really appreciate all the input you been putting in on the RB.

Alonzo Moore is an instate guy that we are looking at. Ja'Quay is being looked at pretty hard and also Jason Croom from Georgia. We are really looking for a big body guy to finish this WR class with. Last year we signed some smaller, quicker WRs and this year we are trying to follow up with some taller guys (Avery and Travin Dural are both 6' 2")

As have I.

I have mentioned this a lot, but when a recruit makes a surprise visit with his mom to talk about strictly academics, there is no way Bama isn't in the thick of it...

Yeah if he decides anytime soon, there's a very good chance it could be Bama

I've heard this month he'll decide, Oklahoma is the only team I'm really worried about. Mizzou is making up some ground, but I think they are too late.

Locking up Kiel has been rumored to put the team in good shape with DGB too, but I'm still not convinced he'd come to Bama, or even the SEC.

Neal and Black will be nice consolations though...

I know he is a bit of a long shot but DJ Humphries and if not him then Eddie Goldman.

Not at all

I would like a "big WR" though, Bama only has 3 taller than 6-2 on their roster. 1 has done nothing(Bowmnan), one is a true freshman(Shinn), and one has grade problems(Carter)...

Agreed, we don't have a shot

I honestly have no clue. He hasn't really hinted towards any clear favorites. I'm just waiting for him to trim his list a bit

Wait so you want to address needs and you want LSU to get a D-lineman and the 1st Arkansas poster wants a Wide Out? I love it. I would go with Zach Banner. Him and La'el at tackles, good lord and I heard he's likely going to play basketball in college and we obviously could use the help.

So UF could very well have 6 ***** DLineman on their roster Humphries, Goldman, Ronald Powell, Sharrif Floyd, Dominique Easley and Gary Brown.

That would be halfway intelligent if the Hogs weren't losing their top three WR's to graduation this year and likely to lose Cobi Hamilton the year after that.

You may or may not be aware, but you can only keep these college kids in school for so long. That constant turnover thing is part of recruiting.

Humphries is an offensive tackle, not defensive. So only 5 five stars
