The Atlanta group that puts on the Chik-Fil-A bowl and the kickoff games have really got their shite together. They run one well-oiled and efficient machine, and it shows. They should really move up in the pecking order, IMHO.

Pasadena is the only place the Gators have not won a NC.

Gary Stoken had a lot of different titles until this year and now he is strictly the PRed of the CFA Bowl. They are pushing that hard and there will be great match ups for years in ATl.

HE used to be the PRes of the ATL SProts Counsil and Atl has had great sports events for years under him.

+1

And regardless of how you feel about inside/outside games, the GA Dome is awesome. Some would knock it because of the tailgating, but there is actually room out there to do it. The problem is it's just in a bad part of town and you may have some visitors.

If it's good enough to host a Super Bowl and I'm pretty sure it can host a Jan 1 bowl game.

New Orleans 1st without a doubt. Most people only are going to be in town for two days at most and want everything centralized. The best.

Miami would be second, great nightlife and all, but it is really a hike from South Beach to the stadium. Also the stadium has a huge parking lot for tailgating.

Rose Bowl. I haven't been yet, but I would love to catch a game there, and experience LA.

Glendale. The worst. Everything is a long drive and super sprawled out. Total lack of hotel rooms, if you don't get the first batch, you could really get screwed to a dump or a place in the desert literally. Zero to no tailgating. I wasn't impressed.
