Yeah. they just announced it on the pre game for the next one. Said something along the lines of even with a win against Georgia, he still has them out.

Dude we are 5-2 against the east, finished 2nd in the conference, are in the final 4 of the conference tournament, and beat y'all twice. What else do we have to do? What's our record in our last 20? If we went 2-5 against the east it would be different but we have steamrolled the AMAZING east

Why should bama get in over UGA ?

Because Alabama has played better lately. Beat Georgia twice in the last week before selection Sunday. Alabama is 13-4 in the SEC. RPI is important but it is only part of the story.

It's a closer decision than you think WG Dawg. I know you are dealing with the tough loss but your "stupid" and "narrow minded" comments, don't change the fact that both teams are very much on the bubble.

The head-to-head record should mean nothing.

Thank the Good Lord your opinion means nothing. Head to head is taken seriously into consideration by the committee. No one said RPI was irrelevant however it is not the most important factor either. The final ten games, head-to head with other bubble teams, and conference records all hold as much relevance as the much over-hyped rpi.

who said you weren't on the bubble? Bama is squarely positioned on the bubble, there's no denying that. The problem is that all the bandwagon bama basketball fans (hahahahah, where have yall been before grant?) think yall are a LOCK simply because you beat UGA twice in the past week. That doesn't make you in, that only makes you a little more desirable. That still doesn't erase your awful losses, terrible RPI, and atrocious SOS. All of which are things the committee looks at.

There was time in the not so distant past that Mark Gottfried knew how to coach.

I've been saying it for 2 weeks since we beat LSU. We'll find out in 2 days.
