I loved how he tried to take Ingram and Marrow out of the equation because they are from the Midwest. There are some redneck folks in Michigan and Ohio as well. Have you seen some of those "militia" people in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan? They are some scary looking people.

I agree places in the Midwest and especially Appalachia rival or exceed the most redneck places in the South.
