if the "d" is less than acceptable - expect JF to have to force plays in order to score, therefore, increasing his turn overs. He will dazzle us at times, but his impatience will be his demise this year.

Johnny is going to have another big year, because he flat out has to. A&M is going to need to score ALOT to win games, which I'm fairly confident they will for the most part.

A&M won't lose to Bama according to Skip
You mean this Skip Bayless?
In other words, 'Bama wins going away. I couldn't fill a shot glass with Skip Bayless's "sports knowledge."

If we lose games, it'll be because the defense is so young and inexperienced, not because JFF sent out a few stupid tweets after some cocktails during the offseason. I'm really expecting every conference game to be a high-scoring track meet. Hopefully our young defense can get just enough stops for us to win.
This isn't the Big 12. Defense wins in this league and aTm is lacking on that side of the ball. 9-3 season for the Ags in 2013 and 7-5 in 2014 while JFF is backing up a teams backup in the NFL.

With a normal SEC schedule they would lose 4 or 5 easy but they have avery Bamaesque schedule this year so I'm picking 9-3 for them.

The only answer should be
We lost these games because JFF died in a car accident driving to his online classes

When you say this, do scores like 24-19 count as a high scoring track meet?
When was the last time that LSU or Alabama were involved in a high-scoring track meet?

.....it will be because Kevin Sumlin is preoccupied with his new gig as HC of the Dallas Cowboys.

It will be interesting to see A&M's D and OL in the future years. So long as JFF and they keep talent at the skill positions, upgrading those spots (well, keeping the OL talent at current levels) will mean being up there with the Bamas/LSUs/UGAs/UFs/USCs of the SEC.
Of course, we've seen talent without coaching (Auburn, 2011 and 2012) - so it will remain to be seen if Sumlin's staff is really anything to be excited about or not.
