And I’ve stated you beat an overrated Ohio State in 2016. You get no credit for that one

Venables not at Clemson if that game don’t happen

If Venables was so great he would be a head coach by now. He’s got no confidence that he can do it without Swinney and you know it.

Hey man, I cheered like crazy when clem got killed in that O-bowl. But I would trade with them, TODAY.

In a heartbeat. Whatever their admin did, I wish Carolina would duplicate it

Yeah I know three kids, well they are men now, that played for Tanner and they love him to death but would like to see him in a fund raiser role for the University.

Here is the deal right now Clemson is pretty good but this isn’t going to last forever. Streaks get broken. Hang in there.

You're on to something here. I don't understand why Venables hasn't gone upwards? He is obviously great at DC.

It seems like SC's main recruiting pitch is SC is in the SEC so their recruiting would likely be worse if they move to the ACC.

No we wouldn't. Not this year, at least. Maybe the past few. And that's a big "maybe".

Prolly 7-8 wins.

You won five in a row. People not happy. Had to do something. Made some changes and it worked out.

You're very gracious.

Streaks don't end without effort. My program has NOT done and will not do what it takes. Being a gamecock is a religion of suffering and will never be anything more.

UNC & Virginia being top tier ACC teams really just proves the conference sucks

UNC is currently 3-4 in the ACC. They were 1-7 last year.

It looks like you are assuming UNC is a top tier team in ACC because they almost beat Clemson.

I would say UNC being 5th in that ACC division indicates that division is pretty strong because UNC has a good QB, WRs and RB, and does some good things on defense.

An Ohio State that shouldn’t have been in the playoff that year? What’s your point?

what's the point of you saying Clemson is not elite. It has won 2 out of the last 3 titles and has 3 overall, and has the most ACC titles.

seems elite enough

Unc is not strong nor is that division strong? My god, what the hell?

And before you say it, yes I know they beat us.

UNC was described as a 'top tier' team in the ACC, yet they are 3-4 and they were 1-7 last year.

i think that comments indicates the person making the comment has basically no knowledge of the ACC this year outside of UNC almost beating Clemson.

Your conference is bad. You know this. It is possible to be a good team in a bad conference.

Makes the road to playoffs easier, that's for sure.

you can't say the ACC is bad without pointing to losses to other ACC teams.

there aren't enough OOC games to compare conferences.

i don't understand why a SC fan would talk about how ACC is bad when your rogram lost to Tenn, Mizzou, etc this season and lost to Kentucky 5 seasons in a row. It isn't like you are losing to Alabama title teams every week

Who? I didn't say thwy are top tier. No one is "top tier" in your conference except your team.

Geez. Acc is sad, man.

That's not true, stop.

Say right now where you think ACC ranks amongst power 5.

Otherwise, shut the frick up.

you are dumb, I was responding to somebody else who specifically said UNC was a top tier team in the ACC. I quoted his post so why can't you follow it.

stop making everything about you
