What game did we choose to skip that year?
You definitely had no choice when it came to skipping a game, that is for sure. The decision was made for you. On the field.

What I find so odd was that y'all decided to skip playing in the title game. Why even show up to trot out that abortion of a team?

And we didn't have to politic very hard. Everyone in the world wanted to see that game other than LSU. I wish there was a gif of Les' reaction when they announced the game. I haven't seen someone swallow that hard since jughead's momma was still working.

We played. Took a beat down actually. But hey, we did not get to sit at home and watch other teams play for a conference championship while we begged our way in. We are LSU so we had to actually get on the field to earn it.

Congrats.

Not seeing this right now. USC lost the only game they have had this year vs a ranked opponent. Even if they win their remaining two games they wont have a top 20 win. If they get in it is for TV money only...

Naturally.

There is only so much royalty in the sport and we have that covered.

You’re talking about the undefeated SEC champ 2011 LSU Tigers? That team was phenom and blew out about 7 ranked teams. Are you saying shite just to say it? The meltdown in the NCG doesn’t erase that for damn sure.

Your jealousy is showing.

Maybe if you had tried during the first 100 years of the sport you could have been a part of it.

Not jealous in the least bit. Actually embarrassed that a program that has been historically as good as Bama has sunk to the level of begging for crumbs rather than dominating on the field instead. Sad.

Congrats on 2011. It caught up with you in 2021. The mulligan got mulliganed.

And you’re fricking stupid for calling it “an abortion of a team”.

Agree with the December part. And two loss teams should never be in the conversation, ever.

Seems like a perfect description for what I saw in January of 2012.

Yes because USC was the conference winner. What part about that don't you understand? fricking idiot.
