Agreed. The winner on 1/09/2012 will win it all. Has the speed advantage or special team advantage that LSU holds changed sine 11/05/2011?
The answer is no. It will be a great game, but those two advantages will be forefront and LSU will win by about 23-16.

LSU is going to win the meaningless exhibition game so what does it matter? Even with a loss in NOLA, no other team in the nation is better than LSU. We will have beaten every single team on our schedule.. including the Pac12 champ, Big East champs, won the SEC, etc.
Playing Alabama in an exhibition game is a joke and LSU deserves better.

It's only meaningful to Alabama fans. The rest of the country knows who is the best team in the nation. It's pretty obvious too -- they're the only undefeated team in contention. Winning it would be nice only because it's another win over Alabama.. and few things would be sweeter than 3 in a row.
