Does it really matter how much nfl talent a school has if they dont perform on the field?
are you even paying attention to the teams they played in those respective years? Can you at least agree that the 2008 SEC >> 2003 SEC? That really isn't even debatable.

ASk yourself why you would hire a guy who couldnt beat the guy you just fired?
I would like for you to explain to me why Les Miles at LSU is great but we beat him at while at Oklahoma State? Hell.....I won't even address that question to only you.
Can anyone here in the class explain Les Miles' success at LSU when Ole Miss beat him in 2003 while at Oklahoma State?

What? There's a chance he wont play wr? That, sir, would suck arse.
He was a better DB at USP.

Your talking out of your arse. The 08' team was the most talented Ole Miss squad I have seen in my lifetime and may ever see.
Eli carried the 03 team the entire year.
2010 alabama was more talented than 2008 Alabama. Who was the better team?

Maybe so, but i bet you want to see him at receiver. i know i would. Seems to be too athletic to put on D.

He's refusing to recognize how good the teams were in those respective years.
Look at Bama in 2003 and 2008. It's no contest. 2008 Ole Miss would have destroyed 2003 Bama. And I'd say a Saban-led 2008 Bama would have beaten Eli.
That alone would have switched records.

2010 Bama had a much tougher schedule. Only one team in the West in 2008 had four or more wins in conference.

Who beat that 2010 squad? And how good were those teams in 2010 vs 2008?

he'd be a scary hire for the rest of the west
crazy and would probably self destruct sooner or later - but he would do some damage in the meantime

I want to see him at WR....but I want what's best for our team. We have some dynamic WR's that came in with him and we're thin at DB.

I wanted Leach last year if we lost Mullen. He did what he did in Lubboch and he never left. So he could do it again in Starkville or Oxford and might stay for a long time.

what would the Ole Miss fanbase think if Pete Boone went out and hired Mike Leach
Leach isn't "frat" enought for Ole Miss. He would stick out more than O. A good coach he is, a fit at Ole Miss he ain't
