Well no this whole season has an asterisk.. so no it won’t be considered the greatest.

Also, I think TL is going to be given the Unitas award.

God damn the desperate validation seeking you gumps are going through is fricking pathetic. This is the worst college football season in history and you have been beating up on weak teams. Imagine being so delusional that you are calling your not yet completed season the goat in a year where the SEC as a whole is historically weak, Coastal Carolina, ULL, San Jose State and Liberty are top 25 teams. Laughable!!!

And yet L1U couldn't even manage to be ranked. Ouch.

No. Bama does have a phenomenal offense and have won in dominant fashion outside of last night (I was surprised UF put up 45 and had a chance to win in the 4th), but the SEC is really down this year. There are only five winning teams in the SEC this year and the only scoring defense inside the top 20 is Bama at #20. I've never seen anything like that. SEC defense has never been so bad. The SEC usually has multiple teams in the top 10 for scoring D. Last year, LSU beat 5 of the final top 8 teams, but also beat 5 top 20 defenses including dominating the #1, #3 and #7 teams in final scoring defense. And they beat 7 of the final top 25 teams.

If Bama wins, it will be a great accomplishment due to all the COVID stuff, etc. They have been laser-focused in a tough season to be focused, but when you have a 6-0 team in the playoffs and a team like aTm which only beat two winning teams at #5, it's a weak field of teams.

Funny that none of them replied to you. They don't like it when you tell them the truth.

Bama is having a sick season, no doubt. But it's just making last year's that much better to see how good they are this year, and they still can't touch what LSU accomplished last year.

It's not that they aren't good enough, it's just that the scheduling and the way the season has played out, won't allow for it.

11 sec wins is another awesome accomplishment...in any other year. The entire SEC is a shadow of it's normal self. Sure, I'm sure they'll make some shirts or something to commemorate it, but everyone knows how it went down.
