How will Nick and Bama respond to the weight of the SEC on their shoulders? That would be a bigger game for me than the NCCG.

It would just be another game to Saban and the players. AND it would be a butt whippin. We would dominate USC and expose their crappy defense.

USC is the best big game team in the country bar none. They dominate in BCS games for a reason; they have special athletes and Carroll is amazing in big games

"Expose their defense" with SJP? I am no USC fan by any stretch but I'd guess the experts in Vegas would make this a double digit line in favor of USC.

Yea, top Big X teams, Big XII teams too. They also crush every SEC team they play in the regular season. Give them their due, they're the best team in big games

I honestly think Saban's defense matches up well against a USC offense...But USC's defense is tough(minus the Oregon St game). I would think it would be a good game.

They have played in two big games that I know of, One was a victory over OU the other a loss to TX. That's what I know.

You can't count skull dragging Mich, Ill, or tOSU (in regular season).

I would take Bama in that game. The amazing defense that USC has is susceptible to the run and I think Saban is a better defensive coach than Carroll.

They played the 2nd best team in the Big 10 in 2007 and 2006. They lost in 2005. In 2004 they didn't even play the 2nd best team in the nation, the Auburn Tigers.

They may beat us by 40, but they didn't invent football like a lot of people want to believe.

Am I the only one who thinks Bama just isn't that good this year?

I mean, good, but not close to their ranking.

Nah your not. I think probably 95% of the nation thinks we are overated.

But we keep winning.

Hopefully we can duplicate Ohio State of 2002. I don't think many think that team was very good.

What, because we don't put up big numbers in some games?

SC hasn't lost by more than a touchdown in 7 years so there goes that idea. Carroll has only lost 1 big game his entire career. Lets see what Bama can do what they see a real defense. Running it up on UGA and not being able to move the ball on LSU isn't all that impressive this year

I agree, you could very well beat USC. My response was more to the tune of blowing USC out and exposing their defense.

Somebody had too much kool-aid. We aren't blowing anyone out the rest of the season. Hell we really haven't blown anyone out all year.

I respect USC greatly, but I saw Oregon State manhandle them upfront. That gives me hope

Two poor Arkansas teams and two pretty good Auburn teams. They weren't beating the top teams from the SEC in any of those games.
