LSU is your West Champ. As long as we have divisions it will likely play out that 1 and 2 won't play in the SECCG very often. Sometimes they will but often they won't. The quirkiness of that alone is enough to question the conference champ criteria but a lot is about to change for both the conference and the playoffs.

Yep. LSU has been in the same spot that Tennessee is in plenty of times before. It's just how it shakes with divisions.
