I can respect that opinion. There's no crime in disagreeing on things in a civil manner.

Our main weakness on defense is getting to the QB with just four men, we usually have to blitz to do it and there are a lot of teams that do it better than us. Outside of Marcel Dareus we really don't have a dominant pass rusher. Anders and Upshaw are ok.
Our secondary on the other hand is consistently underrated by some.

defense isn't. By special teams.. I meant kicker and punt returner. Yall have us on coverage, easily.

You act like y'all suck. LSU has lost two games this year, to the #1 and #2 ranked teams in the nation and y'all were in both games until the end. LSU is a dman good football team with a young QB. Y'all probably haveas much or more talent on that team than any team in the country and a great coaching staff.
Don't listen to what the rant is selling over there. Miles is a damn good football coach that is lacking a QB with experience and maybe a key offensive linemen that is willing to step up and be a leader.

Even though I predict UF, it wouldnt surprise me in the least for Bama to win, and I think its a safe assumption this will be a 1-score game into the 4th quarter either way...
Now Texas on the other hand....I dunno, I know they don't and won't play anybody til the NC, but damn they destroy every team they're supposed to, something no one (esp. LSU

saying your defense is better is definitely subjective. after watching every UF game and several UA games, there's no way a person can claim their defense is better than the others.
Special teams is probably equal, James and Arenas are around the same, your kicker is better, our punter is better, and our coverage is better.

yall have given up 96 points in SEC play. We've given up 64 points. That's pretty significant seeing how many teams in common we've played.

we easily have as much talent as anyone in the country, thats not debateable AT ALL. across the board, position by postion, i bet a unbiased person would go through both lsu and alabama at each postion, and at worse, we would be favored in at least half of them with yall

No he doesn't. He played in the bowl game last year as a true freshmen. This is his first year as a starter and he is a sophomore.
McElroy is a redshirt junior that has been in the system for 4 years. maurity has a lot to do with being a good QB. G-Mac has been practicing against our defense for the last 4 years and that is a huge difference in my opinion in the two QB's.
Remember what LSU did the year after JR left? Y'all won the NC with a 5th year senior that had little to no playing time.

TX has a great defense too. Tx, Fl and Bama are 1,2,3 in total defense in the country. I don't think their offense has faced anything like either Bama or Florida will give them though. It'll be a great matchup, whichever team from the SEC goes.
