There is a big difference. I admit LSU is a great team. You guys are basically saying Bama isn't worth anything. I think holding a great team to 6 points is worth something. I think getting held to 6 points by a team who has proven nothing would be a bad thing. I haven't talked one bit of smack about LSU not being good. I think the way we lost that game is part of our resume. You have a great resume and Bama was the only team that played you close and shut down your offense. Your dominance against a good schedule does make us stand out as the strongest team you played.

UGA held us to no first downs the first half and no offensive points. Stuff happens. The game against Bama was our poorest of the season (I have no idea how it was for Bama)- Lots of long un makeable FGS best I could tell.
The fact you mention we didn't score a TD in a game you lost at home is bragable is astounding to me. If you beat us in Tiger stadium 3-0 I would never mention the fact you didn't score a TD. That is just you and I though.

The plane crash has nothing to do with choking away a 17 point lead to a bad team. Their biggest sin is a huge sin.

USC was their only top 25 win and they got blown out at home.

It isn't about bragging. We just find it dumb that you're acting like a team that shut down your offense isn't very good. Bama has a good team. Most voters thought it was the second best in the country. You're in the minority so either you see things differently or you're worried about playing a team that almost beat you. Either way neither of us will be suiting up so it doesn't matter what we think.
