and how they beat Tennessee like a red headed step child to the tune of 49 to 7 points.

I am sure when you all hire Petrino this next season -- think about those things and how lucky you are to have him. We were.

It's not cool to brag about beating Tennessee anymore. BTW, UTk is getting Gruden, JLS gets 5 year contract extension.

but then we still have John L as head coach so there goes 2 or 3 of the games we should have won.

I can't believe Petrino didn't give a FUMFer to himself for throwing it in the 4th quarter.

I don't think this is necessarily the case, but we'll just have to wait and see to find out.

Petrino is the ultimate hypocrite in light of what we know now.

I'm delusional b/c I don't think we're automatically losing 2-3 more games just b/c Petrino is gone?

Petrino's impact on this team is still there. He groomed Wilson for 4 years, installed this offense, hired these assistants, and has his brother, who knows the offense as well as he does, calling the plays. We upgraded at DC and get one of the best RB's in the nation back, and have great special teams and just got our special teams coordinator back who oversaw the development of Breeding, Hocker, and our return games.

John L Smith did not build this team and he won't be doing much except letting his coordinators do their jobs.

You're delusional if you think this team is going to implode without Bobby. Funny how rantards down-talked BP the entire time he was here, and now that he is gone he's all of a sudden the greatest coach alive who's absence means this team can't function any longer.

I consistently said Petrino was a Big 12 coach, not an SEC coach and I stand by that. He never would have won the West, much less an SEC or National Championship. Hog fans take delusion to another level. You are a shining example.

I predicted 10-2 last year and nailed it. This season I'm thinking somewhere between 9-3 and 11-1, but will wait until the Fall to lock it in.

As far as hog fans taking delusion to another level, you don't want me to start pulling up LSU threads from before January 9th.
