Nebraska was the most dominant team of a given year, that is for sure.

But, CFB is so different now. 2019 and 2020 easily gave us two of the best CFB seasons ever.

Excited for what 2021 will bring

How they do against the competition is really the only way to compare it.

2020 Alabama/2019 LSU would get killed by Nebraska using 1995 rules. Half the team would be injured and out before halftime.

On the flip side, Nebraska would also get killed using modern rules, and half their team would probably be ejected for the game by half time.

Three single digit wins says otherwise.

2020 Alabama only had one.

Haha...good Lord. Yet another person who does not know what "in the post-season" means. You see, "post-season" means after the regular season. It includes the SEC Championship and the playoffs.

Yes. They completely dominated one of the best and most dominant teams I had seen back then when they destroyed Spurrier's undefeated team in the national championship.

Then you are still behind 1995 Nebraska who beat the shite out of #2 Florida 62-24.

That was a damn good Florida team btw. They were 12-0, and the smallest MOV Florida had prior was 11 pts 2 times. Once against #7 Auburn, and another against #6 FSU. They blew everyone else out.

Then got blown out by Nebraska 62-24. And I guess you want to include the conference championship, they won that 37-0 over Oklahoma.

Bama won a trash covid season. But they don’t want to talk about their 19 team who had 10 first round picks just on the offense that didn’t beat anybody ranked in the top 10 and finished outside of the top 10. Worst coaching job of all time.

2020 Bama is literally the only SEC champion in history to play in empty road stadiums.

Meaning they had the softest road schedule in the history of CFB of any championship team ever.

Our weakest games were on the road anyway.

@ Missouri
@ Ole Miss
@ Tennessee
@ LSU
@ Arkansas

Hardly murderer's row. Meanwhile, our toughest games were all at home and we didn't have the benefit of home field advantage. With all of that said, not having fans in the stands for those games means that every game was played on equal terms. No fan distractions, just two teams playing football.

Pretty much like your stupid selective stats between Mizzou and ku when they're no longer in the same conference.

You’re just mad you have to sit in my shower drain and get hit with all the runoff.

Mac Jones had 4,500 passing yards in 13 games last season. If he had had those two extra games Joe Burrow had, he would have likely finished with well over 5,000 yards.

And he wouldn’t have come close to 60 touchdowns. Also Burrows rushing touchdowns he didn’t come close to.

Thank God for Bama. Let’s remember how bad Jones was the last time he played in a hostile environment.

B.S. Stats are meaningless. That 15-0 LSU team in 2019 was the best college football team ever. They dominated everyone they played (even in the close one against AU). 2020 college football wasn’t college football. It was lame.

Bama played one more P5 team and LSU played 2 more ranked teams using the AP poll. It's the very definition of splitting hairs.

.

It’s really not. LSU played a legit schedule. They didn’t play a depleted Covid 7-0 team for the title.
