I remember black and white cinema news reels regarding actions/developments during the Korean War.
I suspect LSU will be led down the primrose path yet again by their high priced, overated, incompetent, blue stocking law firm.
It was announced over the school intercom and we left my 11th grade Spanish class to go to another room with a television. As I left the Spanish classroom and at the foot of the stairs, I encountered a classmate whose father was a local wise guy who owned an Italian restaurant which was something of a hangout. He looked at me all excited and in contrast to all the sadness and melancholy around us, happily exclaimed: “We finally got the bastard.” I’ve never forgotten that moment.

How could he get venue in a Florida court?

Because he lives there?

You’re confusing jurisdiction with venue.
Well, in SoFla we call people from Bahstun massholes.

Your Honor, my client was trying to slow down and get out of the way of the emergency vehicles he heard and saw approaching from his rear as required by California law.

Bo Rein would have been amazing here…

We’ll never know. I KNOW one coach who wanted the job and who would have been amazing here and who someone at LSU dropped the ball on…Steve Spurrier.
I’m not buying this at all. Looks like made up stuff. (1/4 of Cubans are not on welfare.)
Regina v Ojibway. Canadian appellate court. A horse is a horse of course of course…unless it is a bird.
That was all done in the second Truman administration.

And, were looking forward to playing for another national championship in the Rose Bowl as # 2 ranked team (and considered best in the SEC) before they got whacked by LSU. See: Junior and Lulu.

attempted murder

Yes. Charge her with that, set her bail at $1,000,000, let her plead down to aggravated battery and put her away for 15 to 20.
In the NC mountains. About 150 aging millionaires gathered at intersection of Dillard Road and Main in Highlands to protest. This is one of the richest towns in America. One counter protester about my age that the po-po kept 1 block away carried a Do Not Tread on Me flag. He saluted me as I approached (I had on a veteran ball cap). Talked briefly with him and a guy from New Orleans in a Saints shirt. We were laughing at these extraordinarily wealthy folks behaving like idiots and agreed that they would be in the royal dungeon if the imaginary hallucination they were protesting were in fact true. Yes, yes I know…dear Facebook.

Guy I knew in Vietnam was from Harlan Co. He was the most dangerous person I have ever met. And, I’ve met more than my share. I’ll go with Harlan as well.

Do we have PT lawyers to way in on this?

Neigh. Make that nay. Not me.
