Agreed, but I doubt he’s admitted to practice in Mississippi. He should have been disbarred in Florida for the civil action against the home owners association in the Trayvon Martin case and his subornation of perjury, but the Florida Bar Association was too chickenshit to do what was right. Another reason why we have so many stupid, crappy, money grabbing, a-hole attorneys practicing today. It actually is not inherent in the profession (although you may always piss someone off on the opposite side in litigation), but people like Crump and the average ambulance chaser give the rest of us who’ve dedicated our lives to the profession to provide a service to people and to uphold justice an undeserved bad rap. There is no right of action by the plaintiffs and there is no jurisdiction over any cause of action, if it existed.

Indeed it is and I asked for context in earlier post. It happened in 2025 on the famous old Roebling bridge across the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Covington, KY. It was an anti-ICE protest and not sure at all about any rocks. I don’t think there were ICE agents present. Those are Covington police officers. Multiple arrests, but I think the one cop that threw multiple punches at the protestor once he was on the ground was disciplined by the police department. (Did you know that this is the same Roebling pere et fils that designed and built the Brooklyn Bridge?).

Context? That looks like local police. Where is this? Did they throw rocks at ICE personnel who were below the bridge on a boat.?
