Shane Lee should not have been playing in 2019. There's a reason why he went from our starting MLB and quarterback of the defense to third string and unlikely to ever see the field again unless it's in garbage time. The only reason he ended up starting is because the two guys in front of him suffered season ending injuries before the season even started.

When did Saban say all of this? Who shouldn't have been playing?
Press conferences. I don't know the exact quotes, but that was the gist of it.
The first one was earlier in the season. The second one was after the season. He of course did not mention any names, just "we had guys", but we all know he was talking about Shane Lee.
Speaking of Shane Lee, he's still not projected to be a starter next year, but I'm personally routing for him.

Shaken to my core. There aren't too many things that upset my more than an Auburn fan who doesn't think good things about Alabama.

Bama had a great/dominant team last year, but besides LSU playing in full, hostile stadiums against many highly ranked teams and having two more Ws, in the post-season, LSU destroyed everyone.
Bama beat three teams who went a combined 25-7 and outscored them 135-84 for an average 45-28 win (an average 17-point margin of victory). The closest a team came to beating them was 8-4 Florida who lost by less than a TD at 52-46. No doubt though, great overall numbers.
But LSU beat three teams who went a combined 38-5 (meaning they were 35-2 without each of their losses to LSU) and LSU outscored them 142-63 for an average 47-21 win (an average 26-point margin of victory). The closest any team came to them was the defending champ Clemson who finished 14-1 and was on a 29-game winning streak until the 42-25 national championship game. By the end of the year, LSU was on cruise control.

Homefield advantage is less than 3 points.
Your 2 extra wins are NorthWestern St and Georgia Southern.
LSU beat Auburn by 3, Alabama by 5 and NR in the coaches poll Texas by 7. Your defense was terrible and destroyed nobody.

The extra games you are quoting in records are cupcake games.
So basically your argument is Alabama and it's opponents needed to play a bunch of FCS and low ranked G5 teams in order to be better.
That's funny shite. Most years you all cry about Alabama playing the cupcakes, but suddenly the year they don't play any cupcakes they are vitally important.

In today’s episode of Bama fan brings up 2019

Because I don’t also hate LSU. Makes sense.

Bama fans really can’t let 2019 go. Even after 2020 they still constantly post about it and bring it up

Bama played at full strength during covid year when 25% of the first round draft picks opted out and they had opponents sitting players for covid protocol. They also beat a 7 win team for the “championship” that had 3 starters on defense out for Covid. Also, Bama only beat 3 top teams in Georgia, Notre Dame, & Ohio St. Florida was #11 and A&M was #13. LSU 19 is the greatest team of all time and it ain’t close corona baw.

Sounds like bad roster management if two linebacker injuries sinks your entire defense.
Especially when one of them was to a guy who might've not been any better than Lee.

It wasn't 25%, and of those player only 1 of them came from a team Alabama played against. And that was LSU/Chase.
How many of the 45 points Alabama scored in the first half do you think he would have made up for?

Yes, it sure would be bad roster management if your numbers were actually true.

And, thank you for recognizing the prowess of LSU 2019, in doing so.

2020 restored order. All is well. The greatest program in college football history is exactly where it should be. Sitting on the throne at the top of the world. Life just feels right.

Why are you trying to convince us then?

I'm not, simply stated the facts. It bothers you, which brings a shite eating grin to my face

If its a fact, why do you have to state it everyday?
You aren't posting that the sky is blue everyday.
Interesting.

LOL
Make it Stop
Can You Guess?
The bottom line: There wasnt really any good teams in 2020. The stat deviations from 2019 to 2020 prove that.
