Sure is full. I wore a uniform while in college too. Granted, that was at the Academy, which is not cosplay.
If you went into the military after school, cool cool and thanks for your service and all that. If you didn't, it was cosplay, nothing more.

If you went to "the Academy" then you would know that you don't actually sign a contract until your junior year and that the washout rate is about 33%. That makes every cadet that didn't make it to their junior year "cosplay".

And...wrong. You are active duty as a full-time midshipman/cadet at one of the Academies.
Again, if you wear the uniform with no intention of joining the military after school, it is cosplay.
