The equipment Instagram page already shared a pic of the reds with the 2023 patch so yeah no black jerseys. I do hope however we actually have a home night game next season and wear them. It’s dumb we use the hell out of them in recruiting but never for a game

I love those black jerseys. Heard the recruits do too and usually chose them for their photo.
Georgia has won a lot of games in those black jerseys They are special and are usually saved for occasional use. AU is especially bummed out by them. They can’t forget that incredible blackout game where Georgia ground them into the turf all night in what turned out to be a blowout. The dark Georgia night, the crowd and the team were all decked out in black for what turned into a funeral for AU.
We should wear them at this seasons AU game. It would really get their goat. Ha
