The head of officiating is a Harvard Grad
SEC Head of Officating : Football
The Associate Commissioner, However, Is LSU Grad
Herb Vincent. Maybe if you cry to him a little, He could get the hq moved to Baton Rouge?

I like having it in a place with a low cost of living. No use wasting conference money on renting a highrise in downtown San Francisco.

Alabama is a good place for it, because as the state continues its development into more and more of a shithole, the cost of living can only decline in relative terms.

Edit: If we're going to move it, put it in Mississippi.
