My mother-in-law does cow tongue as a main course. It's pretty good...I just have to try to not think about what it is when I eat it.

I have a cow tongue in the fridge downstairs. I'm gonna do tongue tacos with it and not tell anybody. My people aren't gonna eat cow tongue if I tell them that's what it is......
