What's his name, "Hot Rod"? Should have been the hero if there was any justice in this world.
How clutch was it to step up and nail a 50+ yard field goal in the overtime, when you knew your team had to have it?

great story. Walked on prior to 2016, had a lunatic dad try to publicly shame kirby into giving him a scholarship (which we did not), told the kid to work his arse off in the offseason even though we brought in a grad transfer, he worked his tail off, got a scholarship prior to the ND game, and has been lights out all season. Set a school record for touchbacks as well.
Great season for the guy.

That was as clutch of a kick as it gets. The 55 yarder in the Rose Bowl was incredible too.
I wish he could have seen the ball go through the uprights.

He's been a great addition. Kirby put him on scholarship just before the ND game. It was a much deserved move.

When I was at UGA I was at boar's head one night and saw Billy Bennett's band "whole lotta angus" play DSOTM. That was pretty sweet.

Dude was money in pressure situations. I think Georgia has had some traditionally good kickers and he looks like next one.
