Look at Sabans record everywhere other than bama. That alone speaks for itself.

Again, it was the 1990s. Tell me how that's comparable.

This is like somebody coming in the SEC in year 2 going 13-0 at Kentucky after going 11-1 in year 1

I think he could win at least 12 with that schedule

How about when he was in his 60s? What was his record then?

It's very easy. Yes, traditionally, Michigan State has a much better program than does Indiana, in the same conference.

Cignetti did more at Indiana than Saban ever did at Michigan State, playing in the same conference. Oh, it was in the 90s? Saban was in his late 40s and 50s back then. Don't use his age as an excuse. The man regularly lost at LSU too.

There is no doubt that Cignetti is a better coach.

Did you miss where Saban won a natty at lsu in 03.

Saban was a made man before bama

Except he never did when he coached in the same conference at a better program.

Use your damn heads, Gumps.

Eh, have you taken a look at their schedule?

It’s not exactly murderer’s row.

Funnily enough that's exactly when Saban quit coaching.

Saban only went undefeated at Alabama twice. I highly doubt he'd do it at Indiana

I also doubt Cignetti manages to finish the year undefeated

I’ll be damned. He took a decades long dumpster program lsu to the NC in 2-3 years. He can do anything.

Cignetti did more at Indiana than Saban ever did at Michigan State. He also apparently couldn't adapt to the change to college football and quit the game. You calling the OP "dumb" is the dumbest post in this thread. It is obvious that Saban couldn't have done it. He had his chance in the same conference and was a 7-5 coach.
