Irregardless who wins.....It will be one of the most anticipated, exciting, promoted/discussed, watched games betwixt ANY 2 NCAA Teams this season! Both LSU & Texas’ - Programs, Schools, Stadiums/Tradition/History, Fanbases, Campus’, etc are absolute “Football Royalty”!
There may be teams currently ranked higher, with more titles, etc; but NONE are more we’ll known, desired, recognized, respected or “storied”! Consider other teams/schools Mascots?!? They’ve got names, drawings, costumes. LSU/Texas = LIVE! And BIG (800lbs Live Bengal Tiger & Badass Bevo Longhorn Steer)!
LSU & TEXAS are based in great locations/towns with Uber Cool & Big Fun - Culture, Food, Music, Student Bodies, Fan Bases, Alumni, Marching Bands.
Proud to be a Tigah, but damned glad & honored to get to play + compete with Texas!! In many respects, regards (above).....irregardless final score.....both LSU & Texas WIN this weekend!!

Sounds like a post by someone who is trying to hide their jealousy of other programs' success with "but we got intangibles even if we don't have the victories".
