It's a recruiting pitch with a nod to the changes made to the program this year (targetted at Jimbo) and also an open shot not directed at any particular coach.

Sure you can loop in Kelly, Kiffin, etc if you choose to but that's kind of the point of an open ended comment like that, you choose how you want to take it.
