I think OU gonna take care of ND.
I think so too but his hypothetical was them going undefeated.

but they have no offense and looked terrible all season.

Oregon still has to go through USC-- twice probably, and all bets are off when they play in state rival Oregon State. I think Oregon is good and most likely to remain undefeated but a lot of games left.
Notre Dame has to go to Oklahoma and has a tough matchup to end the season against USC, they don't have a good enough offense to win out in my opinion.
K State looks really good and Collin Klein has played like a beast. They definitely go.
I would be willing to bet the most likely outcome would be a K State and 1 loss SEC team- though no telling who, it all depends on the voters and the computers and that is all black magic.
It's an interesting thought though and will be exciting to see play out over the course of the final month and a half

I pull for Miss. St. every game but one. Always have. I'm proud of them and thought I'd show some support.

LSU would have a lot of love in the computer polls if they somehow miraculously beat Alabama and Florida and went 12-1.
But if they did it in the fashion you described I doubt they would jump above any of those three undefeateds in the human polls. Especially national darling ND.

Credibility of this thread----->

It is a hypothetical. It doesn't have to be credible. I was just wondering what people would think if that scenario played out.
I agree it is not very likely. I am really just wondering if we think that a one loss SEC Champ gets in no matter what.
The consensus so far is NO.
