Saban makes one call and is in the game on his guy. Freeze has to work harder to offset the Saban effect. It's not whining though. It's a compliment to Saban.
He makes it sound like Saban is just sitting around in his office, eating little debbie cakes and waiting for the recruits to come to him.

The point is, people lie. Bill Clinton didn't have sexual relations with that woman, Saban wasn't interested in the Alabama job, and Beaver face is recruiting at the level he is by just working hard...unlike every other coach in the country...most of whom are at more prestigious programs in nicer towns/cities with better academics.

I know...it's a novel concept right? He also actually takes the time to even meet with the recruits and their families. Muffins may want to try emulating Freeze on these practices. Then he may see that being personable might be able to help his recruiting efforts.
