Yes because everybody hates us. And i think the thread would be longer if you wouldve started how would USC fair in the SEC, because thats the only team i think that is hated more than Texas.

That's the attitude of a lot of texas fans I know, to be honest. A few of them are even pulling for A&M now (very weird, but whatever floats their boats, I guess). Ags and horns will always be looking over their shoulders at one another regardless of conference affiliation. Just the way it is.

Can we just have an LSU-Bama National Championship in NOLA every year? I don't care about all this internet drama that it caused. Bourbon Street the night before was about the most fun I've ever had. All that purple and gold and crimson and white getting ridiculous together.... It was just glorious.

Simple. Majority of techtards want to go to A&M but couldn't get admitted ie test scores, grades, etc.
They didn't want to be sips, not phony enough to go to baylor, so they had to go to Tech. They are mad that A&M wouldn't accept them and that is why they do what they do.

At first they'll have a shitty d because that's worked, but they would shoot to the top 2-3 in the conference once they had time to adjust. They don't have a single thing working against them

Texas fancies themselves as one of the all-time elite programs. They think they're in a class with Bama, OU, USC, Ohio St, etc. Hell, some of them probably think they're above them. But they're not even close. It's absurd. Just look at the books. The proof is in the pudding.
Everyone hangs their hat on the one thing we know about UT - they have more fans, more money, and better recruiting than anyone else. But to me, this makes them extra pathetic because they have done jack shite with all those advantages. 1 Nat'l Championship in 40 years? What a joke.
